How to Edit Your Donate Link

Click on the Tools tab at the top, click on the link you want to change, and then click Edit Link.

On step one of the link wizard, you can choose a different theme from the dropdown menu. If you do not want to change this then click Continue to move on to the next step.

Step two of the link wizard is where you can choose to add or remove designations for your link.

If you want to use all the designations in your catalog choose the Use the Designation Catalog option.

If you want to specify the designations that appear on your link, follow the directions below.

For adding a designation: First, choose the Specify One or More Designations options. Next click on your folder, then click to highlight your designation and then click on Select. You will see your designation added to the bottom of the page.

For removing a designation: Click the red X to the right of the designation that you want to remove from the link. The page will update and it will no longer be listed below.

Finally, click on Continue.

 

Step three of the link wizard is where you can change your custom header and footer text and modify the amounts for the suggested donation buttons.

To edit the header or footer simply replace the text that is in the box with your new information.

To modify the suggested donation buttons (available when using only a single designation) click in the box, backspace the current amount, and type in the new amount. Then, choose which amount you want to be the default by clicking the Make Default circle below that amount.

Then click on Continue.

 

Step four of the link wizard is where you can change the additional options available on this link for your donors. You check the box next to the option you want to show or unclick any box you no longer want to show on this link.

Then click on Create Link.  Note: clicking on Create Link just saves your changes, it will not change the URL associated with this link. 

 

The next page will show your link that you can put on your website, social media, and wherever you would like! You will also see a script that you can use to embed this link/form within your website page.  Then click on Continue.

 

To view your edited custom link, you will click to highlight it and then click on View Link.

You can also click on the four boxes to the right of the link to download a QR code.
