Donor Giving Summary by Date Range Report

The Donor Giving Summary by Date Range report is a great tool for getting comprehensive data about your donors. You can select the date range for the data that you are interested in and see the summary of each donor’s gifts. This report also includes the donor’s contact information which is helpful when reaching out to donors.

To view this report, click on the Reports tab, then click on the drop-down arrow next to Donations. Next, click to highlight the Donor Giving Summary by Date Range report, select your date range from the right-hand side page, and then click on Create Report.

Once the report downloads, you’re able to see the first gift date and last gift date for each of your donors.

You’re also able to see the total amount of their donations for the date range that you selected. You can sort this column by largest to smallest amounts to see a list of your top donors.

Since this report also provides the contact information for each donor, it makes it easy for you to utilize when reaching out to donors.
