How to Void a Manually Entered Gift

To void an In-Kind donation, search for the donor under the Donors tab. Click to highlight their name and click on View Transactions.

On the next page, click on Transactions from the left-hand side menu. Then click to highlight the In-Kind donation you would like to void and then click on Void In-Kind Gift at the top of the table.

Next, click on Void In-Kind Gift in the pop-up box or Cancel to go back to the Transactions page.

You can then click on Payment Schedules from the left-hand side menu and then click back to Transactions and you will see the In-Kind donation’s status change to Returned.
