How to Cancel a Recurring Donation

First, log in to your account and then click on Cancel next to your recurring donation in the Scheduled Payments box.

You will then receive a pop-up box asking you to confirm if you want to cancel your gift. Click on Yes.

Then you will receive a pop-up box confirming your gift has been canceled. Click on “OK”.

You will then be able to verify that you have no scheduled gifts in the Scheduled Payments box.
