We are so excited to show you one of our latest new features in this week’s Tip and Trick. You now have the ability to customize the Donation Processed email that is sent to your donors after their donation is processed. With this new feature, you can update the email whenever you want and let your donors know how their donation is making an impact for your organization and those whom you serve!
The first step to customize your Donation Processed email is to hover over the gear icon at the top right corner of the page and click on Settings. Then, click on Email Settings from the left-hand side menu.
Next, in the middle of the page you will see where you can create your Custom Thank You Email Message. Click within this box to open the text editor.
Write your custom message and then click on Apply to save your changes.
You will be able to preview what the email will look like in the Donation Processed Email Preview below. Click save at the bottom of the page.
