A Donor's Profile

The EGS All-In-One Donor Management platform gives you access to your donor’s profile to occasionally lend them a hand. See the tips below that show you ways to provide them their username, send them their password, and even see emails that were send to your donor.

If your donor forgets their username look no further than their basic information page under their donor profile. Simply search for their name under the Donor tab and then click on Edit. On the next page you can find their username under their Login ID.

We all forget our passwords sometime. If your donor forgets their password, simply click on Security from the left-hand side menu. Then click on Generate and Email New Password. *Note it is always important to make sure you have their most recent email updated on their account.

Want to view the notification emails your donors are receiving. Simply click on Contact History from the left-hand side menu and click on Email. You will be able to see a list of the most recent emails that have been sent to your donor.
