How to Reset a Donor's Session

If a donor has tried to login multiple times, they may get an error message that says a session already exists for this IP Address. Once the user reports that error you can take the steps below to reset their session.

To reset their session search for them under the Donor tab. Click to highlight their name and click on Edit.

On the next page click on Security from the left-hand side menu. Then click on Reset donor session.
