How to change the Settlement Account for a Designation

You can assign your designations to go into different settlement accounts. Please note, that a single transaction can only go into one settlement account. If the donor is giving to two different designations, and they are assigned to two different settlement account, the whole donation will go into the default settlement account.

To assign a settlement account to a designation, click on the Designation tab and then you can search for your designations using the Quick Search box and/or simply click to highlight your designation and click on Edit.

 

 

On the next page, click on Settlement Account from the left-hand side menu. Then use the drop-down box to choose the settlement account for that designation and click on Save.

 

You will receive a message that the designation was successfully updated.
