How to Add, Edit, or Delete a Payment Account for a Donor

To Add a Payment Account

Search for the donor under the Donor tab and click on Edit.

 

Next click on Account Information from the left-hand side menu and then click on Add.

 

 

Choose the Account Type and click on Save.

 

Next fill in the details of their payment account and click on Save or Save and Add a Donation to be taken to the E-Donation screen.

 

 To Edit a Payment Account

From the Account Information menu, highlight the account you wish to edit and click on Edit.

Edit the necessary changes, such as the expiration date, and click on Save.

 

 

To Delete a Payment Account

From the Account Information menu, highlight the account you wish to delete and then click on Delete.
